Powered by the Bloomfield Operational Clarity Framework, the assessment examines nine dimensions of operational maturity: from leadership dependency and process consistency through to governance confidence, systems fit and scalability. Each lens produces a scored output. Together they produce a complete operational maturity profile.

What you receive

Within five working days of completing your assessment you will receive a results package containing your Operational Excellence Score, your Founder Dependency Score, a nine-lens heat map showing where maturity is strongest and where it is weakest, a maturity rating, and a set of priority recommendations telling you what to address first.

Your purchase also includes a 20-minute orientation call with Charlotte Day, founder of Bloomfield Street, to walk through your findings and discuss what they mean for your business.

How it works

Within 48hrs after purchase you will receive a link to your personal assessment portal. The assessment contains 45 structured statements across nine lenses and takes around 20 to 25 minutes to complete. You can work through it at your own pace and return to it across sessions. Once all nine lenses are submitted, your results package will be ready within five working days.
