Whether it is one project or an ongoing hand, it starts the same way
Some businesses need a specific thing fixed. Others need a steady senior hand over the longer term. Either way, the work starts with understanding what is actually going on, because the block you can see is rarely the whole story.
We start with a conversation
Everything begins with a consultation, and it is free. We get to know each other, you talk through what you need, and I get a real sense of the business rather than just the symptom in front of you. No charge, no obligation to go further.
We look at the whole business, not just the block
Most people arrive certain they know the fix, and often they are half right. The issue they can see is real, but it is usually a symptom of something wider that has not yet been looked at in full.
For that reason, I will in most cases suggest we start by looking properly. Sometimes that is a full Clarity Review, an in-depth, evidence-based diagnostic that hands you a prioritised plan. Sometimes, where a lighter touch is enough, it is a guided Clarity Index, a structured intake session where we work through your operations together and confirm whether the picture matches reality.
Either way, you come away with a clear read on what is actually going on and what to prioritise. The findings are yours to keep. And if you have had a recent review, or already done that groundwork, we skip it and move straight to scoping.
Then we do the work, at the pace that fits
If you need something fixed.
A focused project with a defined scope, agreed in advance, so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs. If a project is clearly needed and time matters, there is a quick-start option to get moving sooner.
If you need a steady hand.
An ongoing monthly partnership, shaped around what your business actually needs, keeping the operational side moving, reviewed, and improving, without the cost of a full-time hire.

Lets Talk
No work starts without a conversation first, and no scope is a surprise. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and why.
